gloops regularly monitors online auction sites for item sales that may violate our Terms of Use. Our early detection system alerts us of suspected real money trades (RMT). Users suspected of RMT activity will have their accounts temporarily suspended and will be further investigated.

A few recomendations for worry-free play

Talk to your child and set rules for playing social games

Before playing, talk to your child about the duration of play including daily and monthly limits. Setting rules and limits on when to play can help make games part of family time.

Inform your child about in-app purchases and free items, and be sure payment features are password protected to avoid unauthorized or unexpected charges or billings.
